Appeals lay
The cocoa clerical to restrict essential freedoms and civil rights of individuals (which should, however, significantly expanded), and the subordination and liabilities of State and its institutions, parliamentarians and government, although not believe in any religion, when the tax return we call on all democratic citizens to donate to the eight per thousand Waldensian Evangelical Church that the freedoms and civil rights of individuals has always respected and even promoted, and that is committed to using only the income of eight per thousand in charity and not for the purpose of worship or support for the ministers and the works of their religion.

Catholic Appeal

We Catholic citizens, we try to witness in a social and ecclesial life as consistent as possible fidelity to the Gospel and then critics and outraged against a policy of increasingly tense Church leaders to use the power that comes from money from customers, from political influences, from the dominion over the consciences of the states to influence policy and in particular the Italian one, we consider legitimate and perhaps to deny this power to the ecclesiastical support of 8 per thousand tax. We invite all citizens Italians who, despite the contradictions inherent to the principle of secularism, however, wish to donate eight per thousand to a religious expression, to make the choice of
"Union of Waldensian and Methodist churches" that the freedoms and civil rights of the individuals always respected and even promoted, and has pledged to use the proceeds only eight per thousand in social work and not for the purpose of worship or support for the ministers and the works of their own religion
